Day Two of Bridge Entertainment’s Advanced Customer Service Training moved from theory into action.

Through practical activities, role plays, customer-service scenarios, teamwork exercises, and real-life simulations, the team had the opportunity to practice what they learned, think on their feet, communicate professionally, and respond to different customer situations.

The focus was simple: Don’t just know good customer service — demonstrate it.

Every exercise was designed to strengthen confidence, teamwork, problem-solving, emotional control, and the ability to create a better experience for every guest.
