EJ'S PRO COMP Liner Information

A liner is a 3D Printed tire insert that replaces the old school Foams that come in / with most tires.

I Print these from 2 Different Materials -- both are TPU

1) Trail liners are made from a Shore Hardness 95A and is usually
printed using Overture Filament (china) - mainly to just get rid
of the foams -- and get to a water resistant materal for Trail
Trucks. -- Note -- Affected by Temp. -- Harder when Cold.

2) Comp liners are made from a Shore Hardness 85A and is made
with Ninjatek Filament (USA) and a bit tough to print. So Slow is
Key to get the best prints - Very Flexible not affected by Temp.
and winning Comps on a regular Basis.

Trail Liners V1 - for wide 4.75/1.9 107mm x42mm
V2 - Narrow 4.75/1.9 112mm x36mm

Comp Liners V1 - wide 4.75/1.9 107mm x42mm
V2 - Narrow 4,75/1.9 112mm x42mm

1.55/3.85 Class 1 comp liners 88mmx24mm
Proline Hyrax Class 1 Tire Liner 100mm x 33mm
Liners for 4.19 Rockbeasts 106mm x34mm
