Helping people connect is what they do. Helping their team feel connected is where we came in. 💬💛

Clear Creek ISD Speech & Related Services came to us with two new designs for this year — SPED Crew and Better Together — and a team that wanted options.

So we built the collection around them: short-sleeve tees, sweatshirts, multiple garment colors, and two distinct designs. Then we brought it all together in a custom online store, giving team members one easy place to choose their style, color, size, and order on their own. 🎨🛍️

Behind the scenes, that meant working through color combinations, mockups, garment options and pricing — then turning all of those choices into a simple ordering experience for the group. 🧵🖥️

It’s also not their first year with Rocket Tees — and that’s one of our favorite kinds of projects: helping an organization build on something that already works, then making the next round even easier. 💛

🚀 We don’t get every job right the first time.

For International Day for Failure, we figured we’d show a real one.

On this LHR hat order, a stitching mistake made it onto the finished piece. The customer knew about the issue, and we made it right — the replacement hats were handled as redos, and the customer wasn’t charged for those corrections.
That part matters to us.

Mistakes happen. Owning them, fixing them, and protecting the relationship is what matters next.

🚀 Not everything we customize comes on a T-shirt.

For Pinnacle Group, we worked with 30 customer-supplied navy microfiber head wraps and helped determine the best way to apply their branding.

The original plan was screen printing, but after testing the material, we changed course and finished the wraps with DTF instead — giving the logo a clean result on a product that needed a little different approach.

That’s part of custom work too: finding the method that works for the item in front of us.

🚀 Some custom pieces aren’t made for a team, a company, or an event.

For this project, we took a personalized design and carried it across a black wood cutting board and slate coasters — turning a simple idea into a coordinated set of custom keepsakes. ✨

🚀 Some orders are about more than the shirt itself. 🪖🐂

Rocket Tees has worked with UT Austin Army ROTC before, and this year the Longhorn Battalion came back with a new order for 145 coyote-brown shirts featuring their Texas Army and Battalion artwork.

For us, that kind of repeat work means something. It’s a reminder that custom apparel can do more than identify a group — it can help represent the people who train together, work together, and belong to something together. ⭐

🚀 Not every national day needs a sales pitch.

🍎 For National Apple C***r Vinegar Day, we figured we’d share a few practical uses for something you might already have in the pantry.

For washable garments 👕, hats 🧢, fabric bags 👜 and reusable shop towels 🧽, a little diluted apple c***r vinegar can sometimes help with odor and detergent buildup.

Just a few ground rules: ⚠️
test first, use only on washable/colorfast items, avoid leather patches and transfer adhesives, and never mix vinegar with bleach.

Nothing revolutionary — just one of those small, useful tricks that can make everyday garment care a little easier.

Earlier this year, we helped Piling, Inc. with a completed order of safety-yellow long-sleeve field shirts. More recently, they came back with a new need: branded headwear in multiple styles, including Richardson and Flex-Fit options. 👷‍♂️🧢
