For all of you small business owners who haven't made the leap from ChatGPT to Claude, it's past time. Here's another reason why.

Anthropic recently launched Claude for Small Business. It connects Claude directly to QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, Docusign, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365. From there it chases invoices, closes the month, plans payroll, or runs a sales campaign. No extra cost beyond your existing Claude license and the tools you already pay for.

You approve every plan before anything gets sent, posted, or paid. Permissions carry over, so Claude only sees what the connected account already sees. Anthropic found half of business owners cite data security as their top hesitation with AI, so they built the guardrails in.

The setup friction is gone but the need to understand what you're doing and how to do it is not. Connecting HubSpot to Claude won't tell you which segment to target or what campaign to run.

When I audit a client's marketing, the tools were rarely the problem. The owner just never had time to define what they actually wanted the tools to do and really learn how to bring that idea to reality. They are working in their business everyday, and aren't able to spend the time needed to build their understanding of all of the capabilities available now.

May 23-25 — Memorial Day Weekend (biggest May sales weekend of the year)
May 25 — Memorial Day
May 28 — National Hamburger Day
