Google Updates the Search Quality Raters Guidelines.

Search Quality Raters are a group of people working for Google. They rate websites considering what we call E-A-T, or Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trust. This is an effort to help make sure that the web pages being elevated by Google contain genuinely helpful and trustworthy information, and that bad actors and posers, who in many cases can be dangerous and damaging to users are not promoted or helped by Google's algorithms.

These guidelines can be linked and reviewed in the article. Another acronym you will see is YMYL, which means Your Money Or Your Life. This is the concept of categorizing the kind of information that is most important that it be accurate and truthful. This tends to be Medical and Financial information because the damage of bad info in these areas is the most severe. Others are important too, but Google is most primed to watch these kinds of topics for evaluating EAT. Feel free to ask any questions about this here and I will do my best to give a helpful answer.
