Production Update from Daisy’s Designs
Tomorrow our storefront will be closed for a production day so our team can focus on getting orders completed. If tomorrow is the only day you’re able to pick up your order, just let us know—we’ll gladly meet you at the door with your items.
We also want to share an important update about our turnaround times.
At this time, we are at a minimum 3-week turnaround and are not accepting rush orders while we work to get caught up. We know this may be an inconvenience, and we truly appreciate your patience.
Over the past couple of months, we’ve actually had more rush orders than standard orders. While each request may seem small on its own, when so many orders are moved to the front of the line, it delays the customers who planned ahead and have already been patiently waiting.
Once we’re caught up, we’ll be implementing a mandatory rush fee for orders needed in less than our standard turnaround time. This will allow us to prioritize those orders while still being fair to everyone else.
We know we live in a world where so many things can arrive the next day, but custom apparel isn’t something that can be produced overnight without affecting other customers or asking our team to regularly work late.
Our staff works incredibly hard, and we’re committed to delivering quality products while also protecting their time and allowing them to enjoy time with their families. As our business continues to grow, setting healthy boundaries is the best way for us to continue providing the service you’ve come to expect.
