For some people seeing is believing, and if you are not used to interpreting blue prints and building plans this video is for you.
If we go back to the drawing board and hire an architect to design our emergency services facility for the town, we can put the plan out for multiple bids on the Dodge Network for a general contractor. We can't do this with the plan we have now because it is a design and build contract and they do it all by the square foot.
I did not like their design. In the design world form follows function so I used their function to come up with my own EMS facility plan. This can be given to licesned architect who then can create a plan that we can put out to bid.
