WE’RE HIRING!
Gorman Holistic Health & Chiropractic Center is looking for a Therapy Chiropractic Assistant to join our team!
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday evenings
Approximately 2:30 PM to 7 PM
Saturdays
Approximately 8:30 AM to 1 PM
What you’ll be doing:
• Direct patient care
• Assisting patients with therapeutic modalities
• Supporting the doctors and clinical team
• Cross training on front desk duties
Experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, personable and comfortable working directly with patients. Just as importantly, we want someone who loves to learn, has an interest in health and wellness and brings a growth mindset to the workplace.

If your social media strategy is:
**"I'll post when I have time."**
We both know how this ends. 😂
Running a business will ALWAYS give you something more urgent to do.
That's why consistency usually doesn't come from finding more time.
It comes from having a plan.
Know what you're posting. Create ahead when you can. Schedule it. Then let social media keep working while you're busy running your business.
And if even *that* sounds like one more thing you don't have time for?
That's exactly where I come in. 🐝

Here’s to finding clients who get it. The ones who understand your value without needing a sales pitch. Who trust you to do what you do best. Who appreciate the work that happens behind the scenes. And who happily tell someone else, “You need to work with them.” Those are the relationships that make building a small business worth it. More of those clients, please.

I know. 😬
You don't like being on camera.
You don't like pictures of yourself.
You'd rather show the product, the service, the office... literally anything except your face.
But here's the thing:
**You are one of the biggest things that makes your small business different.**
People want to know who they're supporting. They want to know your story, your personality and why you care about what you do.
You don't have to become an influencer.
Just let people meet you.

May your business attract the kind of clients who value what you do. The ones who respect your time, trust your expertise and understand that what you offer is worth investing in. You don't need to be the right fit for everyone. You need to be seen by the people who are the right fit for you. Keep showing up. Your people are out there.

I'd rather have 500 followers who actually care about my business than 10,000 who will never become customers.
Follower count looks nice.
**The right audience builds businesses.**
For a small business, especially a local one, reaching the people who could actually walk through your door, book your service, visit your website or recommend you to someone else matters far more than chasing a big number.
Stop asking, "How do I get more followers?"
Start asking, **"Am I reaching the right people?"**

One of the things I love most about working with holistic and wellness businesses is helping them explain the work they do in a way that feels approachable, authentic and true to their practice.
