My friends and I attended a wonderful fundraiser for The Natalia Marie Foundation https://www.thenataliamariefoundation.org/ the theme was Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, and the dress was 80s and 90s. My company, Special T**z Pleez was a sponsor. We had such a great time singing and dancing. We will be reserving a table for next year's event!

It's always fun to hang with your girls! And, side note: I realized how old I am when the gals at our table used their own clothes from the 80s! Ha ha ha, and most of the others bought clothes from Amazon to look like the 80s and 90s!

Hey friends, the scamming season is on! Check out this new scam:

Beware of the Brushing Scam!

A recent scam has been showing up in many states. A "brushing" scam is when someone receives an unexpected gift or item not ordered in the mail from a place like Amazon or other company. Examples of gifts include, rings, bracelets, necklaces, Bluetooth speaker, etc. The gift will have the recipient’s address, but not include the sender's information or be from a known retailer. When the recipient opens the package to see what it is and possibly who sent it, there is a QR code to scan to find out who sent the gift.

Once the code is scanned, all the information from that phone will be sent to scammers. They receive all access to the phone. All personal and financial information is accessible to the scammers and often the victim's bank accounts are drained.
The gift can be kept or thrown away, but the QR code should NOT be scanned for any reason. QR code scams are nothing new. These scams show up in all places, including parking meters.

Inform your family members about the scam and avoid scanning any unknown QR codes included in the package.

Be safe out there!

The claims involve codes that accompany unsolicited package deliveries.

You play such an important role in your children’s lives.

For daughters, they will choose men exactly like you, so treat them as the wonderful girls they are, respect them and celebrate them. You will absolutely have an impact on your daughter’s self-confidence to success, don’t forget that, ever. How you treat your daughter is what they will be looking for in a male partner — period!

For sons, you are the role model… if you do it they do it. They will treat their wife/girlfriend like you treat women … so know they are watching. You are there to teach boys to be men have integrity, honor, faithfulness, leadership.

Men are so Important. Our
Kids need awesome men for role models.
