I built a Schumacher home and would not recommend them to my worst enemy

Another find in my schumacher build. A hole in the peak inside the attic . I guess they just put siding over any holes they create. fix it as we find it. nothing surprises us anymore. you could say this is what you’ll have with any builder but I disagree Schumacher could care less. And thank you Trademark the company schumacher hires for the exterior.

Another example of schumacher quality control…. bathroom vent hose isn’t even connected to the soffit exhaust vent.
We noticed bees gathering near the exterior vent so removed the cover only to realize it isn’t connected to anything at all.
Also a big thank you to the Ohio Delaware County Inspectors for catching this for us 🙄🙄 permits and fees probably highest in any Ohio county
