A single hat. One shirt. Should be quick, right?
One would think so... but there's a lot more happening behind the scenes.
Whether you have a single hat or 1000 hats, the prep work is the same. Here's what it looks like:
First, we order your apparel directly from our catalog. That's three to four days before it even lands in our shop. Then comes the artwork. Even if you've sent us your logo before, we test it on the exact piece you chose. A design that looks perfect on a shirt doesn't always transfer cleanly to a structured hat. Most of the time, edits have to be made. We'd rather catch that before production than after.
Whether it is 1 hat or 1000, the prep work is the same. First, we order your apparel directly from our catalog, which alone takes three to four days just to land in our shop. From there, we make sure your artwork is dialed in and tested for the exact piece you chose, because a logo that might look great on a shirt doesn't always translate cleanly to a structured hat without adjustments. These adjustments take anywhere from 5-7 days.
We also work in the order jobs come in. Your order gets our full attention when it's your turn, and we don't cut corners to speed things up. Rushing is where mistakes happen, and mistakes aren't something we're willing to live with! Two weeks is how we make sure what you get is done right.
