Claim:

Our team is reporting a notification concerning our WhatsApp for Business account unaccessible.

The account has been unused for some time, but nothing related to a service disconnection. And even if that were the case, the number still belongs to us. So we don't know why we have to be refused access to our account or lose our work?

The decision is arbitrary and falls under those actions we deem "aimed at sabotaging certains businesses"...A full speed waste of time to us.

We will hold our peace on what we believe the motivations (nothing professional) may be, but we will be glad to be able to recover our work on that platform.

We obviously give away lots of our inspired work for free (our soup). We don't have to give away our pot (cooker) too to satisfy the platform!!!

We have incurred lots of losses over the years, using your platforms and have worked through them nevertheless. This is way overboard.

Please if your platform is not for all business we need to know that. We can then find some better services. Adapted for our needs.
