Full-Time Video Editor Needed
Location: Lexington, KY (in-office)

Courage Media is seeking a full-time Video Editor to join our team in Lexington, Kentucky.

This role is primarily focused on editing, but there will also be opportunities to work behind the camera on productions.

What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of editing experience
Adobe Premiere experience preferred, but not required
Friendly and professional with clients
Detail-oriented and self-motivated
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Eager to learn, improve, and grow

About Us
Courage Media is a 21-year-old, award winning production company specializing in corporate, commercial, documentary, and television programming. We work with local clients, but also travel for many productions. Most of our projects are 1–3-minute mini-documentaries built around interviews and supporting b-roll. We have an upcoming commercial shoot and could use a referrals. We'll pay for both the actor and location.

Highschool/College age male for a commercial project who can play basketball pretty well. No acting necessary, you'll be playing basketball, running drills, shooting, etc. No speaking or lines. It's a great opportunity for someone who plays basketball but would like to step into an acting role.

Gymnasium. Ideally something that isn't too branded, just a cool, local style gym that we can use. Anywhere around central Kentucky.

Part reality show, part competition — we partnered with Project MFG, an organization building the future of American manufacturing by elevating skilled trades through innovation, education, partnerships, and national competitions, to produce a video for the 2025 National Welding League.
Shot in just one day, students took on an epic challenge: build and weld an Osprey aircraft for a chance to win $10,000.

We have a shoot next weekend on Saturday, Jan 18th that we could use some extras on. It's a period piece, based in a western era, and will take place on a train car. The shoot will happen at the Bluegrass Railroad Museum in Versailles, KY from roughly 12-3:30. Families are welcome and so are individuals. It's a paid gig.
