It’s been another busy Saturday! Started with reading Romans, a walk, getting gas, car wash, Farmers Market, Kroger, hair appointment, watched UK football game while cooking all day, laundry, Trader Joe’s, Good Foods Coop, office, had to talk to a credit card company about 2 cards that never arrived for employees, had to call Apple Support about charges on my card, picked up the office mail, prepared deposit for Monday…..I’m toast. My free day. And I wonder why I’m tired!!!! Pictured are my 2 favorite olive oils, one robust & one smoothe! The flowers & tomatoes are from Farmer’s Market. Have to peel seed & chop to cook in my food before I can eat them. Made 3 types of soup, guacamole & a casserole of sorts. Washed dishes and ran 4 loads in the dishwasher. It’s progress from clear liquids. Rather than complain, I am thankful for the ability to do every single thing mentioned above. Praise be to God who daily loads us with benefits.
