I have an art show coming up that is FREE to the public. This is an invitation to view my work at the our Artists in the Light (AITL) exhibition at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Lexington (UUCL) 3564 Clays Mill Rd the weekend of October 16-18.

So I just found out that April is autism acceptance month and so SURPRISE! I was diagnosed as being on the autism spectrum in December of 2023. 3 months after losing my dad to a heart attack. And one month before I found out my mom had ovarian cancer and which would eventually take her life. So to say the last three years have been challenging is the under statement of the year. Way to decade 2020! Anyhow I am on the spectrum and thus navigating how to relate or be around people has always been challenging in my life and now I know why. Being an artist and a printmaker who makes work based on dad jokes and puns for a majority of my portfolio, this explains why I have been so drawn (lol)

This is the memory of my parents that I will hold onto today. My mom passed away a year ago today april 1st 2025. Rebecca Wiggins and margaret and I were all living in morocco at the time, and I took the flight back to be with mom here in lexington for a month before she passed. It was a lot to see my mom fade away so suddenly but she was still happy and positive while also staying grounded in that some days she wasn't doing well. Regardless she isnt with us and I really wish she was. I am not good with words being on the autism spectrum. But I just want to remember my parents memory as dancing and happy with Jesus in heaven.

Day 1 at the Kentucky Crafted Market 2026 is in full swing!
So grateful to be exhibiting with so many talented artists here at the Alltech Arena at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington. I met incredible people today, talked with folks about printmaking, and watched a lot of art find new homes.
