Tired of rolling your ankles? Check these exercises out below ⬇️
Ankles injuries are one of the most common injuries seen among tennis player due to the amount of explosive lateral movements and change of direction required for tennis players. Studies show that once you have injured your ankle one time you are more likely to re-injure your ankle, so let’s keep those ankles healthy to keep you on the court! 💪🏼
Double leg hops forwards/backwards and left/right- 30 sec each
Single leg hops forward/backwards and left/right- 30 sec each
Cone taps in single leg stance (don’t forget to do both legs!) ➡️ Ball toss and place balls at each cone
Volley hops
