It's built on three things: your Google Business Profile, consistent business info across the web (name, address, and phone number that match everywhere), and reviews.

None of it is complicated. It just has to be done consistently.

Your Google Business Profile isn't just a listing. It's often the first thing a customer sees before they ever hit your website.

Shops that post fresh photos regularly appear more "active" in Google's eyes, and active listings tend to earn more trust clicks. Add new photos at least twice a month: completed jobs, your storefront, your team at work.
