Good design starts before the software does. 💜
The tools I use have changed a lot in almost 30 years. The thinking, creativity, training, and care behind the work haven't.

Technology is a pretty amazing tool.
But the tool isn't the designer.

Here's a question I've been thinking about lately:
If it was OBVIOUS a business was using AI-generated artwork, would it change how likely you are to buy from them? 🤔 Why or why not?

I'm genuinely curious what YOU think? 👇

AI can give you 27 logo ideas before you've finished your morning coffee. ☕😆

But more options don't always make design easier, or work.
Knowing what to choose, what to leave out, and what actually fits your business? That's where experience and strategy still matter.

That's what we're here for. 💜

✨ Client Spotlight: The Huron Group ✨

This month we’re excited to spotlight The Huron Group and the trifold brochure and sell sheets we created together as well as this amazing testimonial from Toni at The Huron Group:

"Working with Soapbox Studio has been a wonderful experience. Justin listens to our ideas, shares his creative thoughts, welcomes feedback and is incredibly patient as we work through multiple revisions, ensuring the details align with our brand. One thing I appreciated most was the collaboration. It never felt like we were just another project. Soapbox is invested in helping us create something that truly represents The Huron Group and Huron Homes. This level of partnership makes all the difference." - Toni from The Huron Group

If your marketing materials could use a refresh, or you’re looking for designs that help your business stand out above the sea of AI-generated sameness, we’d love to help. 💛

I've noticed something lately...

The brands that are catching my attention aren't the busiest ones.

They're the clearest.

A little less clutter.
A little more consistency.
And a whole lot more confidence.

That's a trend I hope never goes out of style. 😊

When I was in elementary school, I wrote that I wanted to be an artist because I wanted to "draw and paint and maybe even coloring." 🖍️

Mission accomplished.

Little did I know that one day crayons would become color palettes, drawings would become logos, and my childhood dream would become Soapbox Studio.

Thank you for being a part of the Soapbox family, I'd love to know... What did you want to be when you grew up? Let me know in the comments.

Confession time... 🙋‍♀️

Before you buy another Canva template or start shopping for a new logo, ask yourself:

Does my brand actually need a makeover... or does it just need consistency?

Sometimes the best thing you can do for your brand isn't changing it—it's giving people a chance to recognize it.

What's one thing you've changed over and over in your branding? 👇
