For the past few months, everything has been backend.
Detection. Filtering. Learning.

Now, the UI is live —
and the system is starting to come together end-to-end.
Alerts, levels, and context are now visible in real time,
not just logged behind the scenes.

Still early. Still improving.
But this is where it starts becoming practical. This will be a game changer for sure!

Market’s been rough the last couple of weeks.
High volatility, mostly downside.
That’s where selectivity matters.
Today, the scanner made one call — not ten, not five. Just one.
RBNE → +73.8% after the alert

There were other runners on the board, but the system didn’t chase everything.
It chose the best setup based on current conditions.
That’s part of the process:
Adapt to the market.
Stay selective.
Keep refining.
Not perfect — still reviewing missed opportunities —
but overall accuracy remains the priority.

Development update: SMS alerts are live!

We kept the messages short, actionable, and to the point.
Each alert includes:

• High-to-break
• Support level
• Whether the stock has news

Here’s an example from today:
An alert on CATX preceded a +39% move.

We’re currently testing SMS providers, and the best so far is showing near-instant delivery, which is critical for real-time alerts.

Still testing. Still refining.
But this is a big step forward for practical delivery.

The scanner flagged a setup well before the move.

Result: ~230% intraday run.
No single example proves a system —
but we’re continuing to see accuracy improve over time, which is the core objective.

Each session adds data,
each decision gets reviewed,
and that feedback is used to further refine signal vs noise.

Progress comes from consistency, not anecdotes.

We’ve spent the last few months building a stock market scanner from scratch.
Most scanners react to breakouts.
Ours is built to learn, adapt, and detect moves before they break out.
Example from yesterday:
AMCI flagged at $4.04
~10 minutes before the breakout
Result: +120% move

~90% of the backend is done. What’s coming next is even better.

Built in React, we started this as a simple stand-alone application to track daily P&L without paying for a fancy platform. Sure, you could use Excel or even pen and paper, but where’s the fun in that? Plus, we’re programmers—we love to complicate…. things!
Over time, we added more features:
Notes with image attachments
Data import/export
An archive to revisit past data
The latest update is broker integration, so the user can manually track their P&L or import it directly from Schwab (TOS). Unfortunately, Webull has paused their API access, but I’ll integrate it once they reopen. The stand-alone version (no broker integration) will soon be available for anyone who wants to try it out.
