Casting a wide net catches people who were never going to buy from you. That means more noise to sort through, and unnecessary budget spent on people who don’t care.

He brings an energy to the office that is not unlike his vintage motorcycle habit: it's a full-throttle, pedal-to-the-metal, left-when-everyone-goes-right kind of thing. Leading with creativity and shooting the moon is his mode of operation, and we get to work alongside it everyday.
