There’s something really special about connecting with people who just get your vision.

Today I had the opportunity to sit down one-on-one with Luxx Events & Rentals. I left feeling inspired, energized, and honestly… a little relieved.

As I’ve been pouring into the growth of the salon—expanding into the spa and barber areas—the studio has naturally taken a quieter place in my focus. But it’s still such a beautiful, intentional space for community, and seeing it continue to be used for small events has meant so much.

This conversation reminded me that I don’t have to do everything alone.

We talked through ideas, possibilities, and ways to elevate the studio experience without the pressure of trying to source and manage every detail myself. From tables and chairs to décor, backdrops, and those finishing touches that truly bring an event to life—it feels good knowing there are options that align with the vision.

This is just the beginning of something really beautiful, and I’m so grateful for the connection.

Something special is coming for the grand opening… and I can’t wait to share more soon.

We are so grateful and excited to share that Zen Salon & Studio was selected in the drawing for tickets to Mom Prom hosted by Baby & Me

Thank you to Baby & Me for the beautiful work you’re doing in our community—providing diapers, wipes, gift cards, and essential support for families during postpartum leave. That kind of care truly makes a difference.

Mom Prom is such a special event—creating a space for moms to get dressed up, step out, and enjoy a well-deserved night while also giving back. We’re honored to be part of something that pours so much love back into parents and babies right here in our community.

We are proud to support our community by serving as a drop-off location for the Pack the Pod Hygiene Drive.

You can help support women and children by donating:
• Hair care products
• Body care products
• New undergarments for women and children

As a licensed cosmetologist, I’m able to purchase professional hair care items at wholesale pricing. If you prefer to make a financial donation instead of shopping retail, your contribution will go even further — allowing us to purchase more hair essentials like shampoo, conditioner, combs, brushes, and hair ties at a discounted cost.

Every donation, big or small, helps restore dignity, confidence, and care to women and children in our community. Thank you for making a difference ♥️

Our boutique is a thoughtfully curated self-care space featuring products from local small business owners. Every item is chosen with intention—to support your needs while uplifting the brands and people behind them.

Our Studio Space (just across the hall) is where community truly comes alive. We host continuing education for beauty professionals, mentor youth from the Malone Community Learning Center through hands-on learning, provide space for networking and private celebrations, and—one of my favorite things—offer no-cost space for nonprofit organizations to meet and host events. We know how vital your work is, and we want to support you.

And this is just the beginning. 🌿
As Zen continues to grow, we’re preparing to expand into spa and wellness services, creating even more opportunities for rest, healing, and whole-body care. Great things are coming, and we’re so grateful to bring you along on this journey.
