🫵 Google just announced something every HVAC contractor and roofer in MA and NH needs to know about.

Starting this summer, Google's AI can call your business on a customer's behalf.

A homeowner needs a furnace repaired. Instead of searching and calling you directly, they let Google handle it. Google's AI calls the top results, asks about availability, and reports back.

If your phone goes unanswered. If your hours are wrong on Google. If your profile is incomplete.
Google moves on to the next contractor.

This is not a future prediction. Google announced this two days ago at Google I/O 2026.

The fix is the same thing I talk about every week. A complete Google Business Profile. Accurate hours. A phone that gets answered.
