g. After the consultation you can decide if you would like proceed on your own or hire Method. Home Restyling: $125 Approx. 2 hours using your furnishings and accessories, $25 for each additional hour
Do you have lots of beautiful things to decorate with but just can’t quite seem to pull everything together in a stylish and comfortable way? I’ll style your room(s) using your current pieces in creative new ways for a completely new look and feel. We can also cover all those small areas around the house like bookshelves, china cabinets, and mantel that you're not quite sure what to do with! Suggestions for purchases to add any finishing touches provided as well with a list of great places to shop on your own or with my assistance. Home Styling to Sell:
Research shows that home staging is a smart return on your investment. Staged homes tend to get better offers, they usually sell faster as well. Streamline Styling: $150, Approx. 2 hours, $25 for each additional hour
A complete restyle of the home using all of the seller’s own furnishings and accessories.This package has an emphasis on making the most of what you already have(similar to a home restyle). With home that is in good condition and has existing furnishings and decorative accessories that I can use, I’ll be able to jump right in and spend a half day beautifully staging and styling your home making the most of what you have! Recommendations for additional and cost effective enhancements can be provided for you to shop for on your own or with my assistance. Commercial Staging: $50 hourly fee
