Just some information. I just had an Amazon package deliver to my home. The driver opened up my garage and walked all the way in to the door leading to the house to deliver the package. I understand they can use the MY Q app to do this with any garage door with the MY Q app on your phone. I have called Amazon and filed a complaint. I never gave them permission to enter my home. If you have a prime account, call Amazon and tell them you do not give them permission to open your garage. This was a scary situation for Cindy and I as we felt violated and threatened. I do not want to see this happen anywhere else in the country.
