At Proud Images we are not perfect. Over the course of 10+ years of our business and 20000+ parents and families served we learned a lot and continue to improve. One thing we will never compromise on is: Taking every concern, feedback input to the heart and make sure is solved promptly and turn it from a frustrating to a happy experience. In this post we highlight and appreciate one of those experiences.

There is no words to describe the sense of gratitude we feel here at Proud Images when we receive such feedback. We ain’t perfect but if there is one thing we aim to be perfect is TO CARE about loyal parents buying pictures from us, our school partners, our communities! We’re proud to support Mrs. Mazzola’s VIC Card District wide Initiative at Christopher Columbus School #8, created in memory of Mr. Victor Hrebeniuk — a beloved Garfield School District employee.

The VIC (Vital Information Card) helps every Garfield School District staff member carry essential emergency details, reminding us that safety and care go hand in hand.

We recently discovered a major production issue that affected some of our photo orders. As part of our commitment to quality, we are reprinting everyone’s photos at no cost — and upgrading each to one of our highest packages to make things right. 💛

Twining is Winning! While we may not be the best photography company we know one better at photographing and keeping memory timeline of precious moments like this! Rivera Twins have been photographed since Kindergarten and last week we took their 8th grade picture! We are forever grateful having the opportunity to capture such beautiful smiles for 8 years in a row.
