Description
Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Production Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in graphic design and customer service. As a production artist, you will work closely with our customers and clients as well as sales representatives to complete orders quickly, cleanly, and professionally.

Responsibilities

Work daily with customers to achieve their design goals

Check in regularly with sales representatives and customers themselves to ensure jobs are being completed in a timely manner

Convert raster images to vectors

Optimize artwork to be separated for screen printing

Qualifications

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and understanding of Adobe Photoshop

Strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and via email with both customers and coworkers

Creativity in design to make something that fits a customers parameters and looks good

Ability to work with a team

Accepting of criticism

Able to work through challenges with creative solutions
