For any entrepreneur or business owner trying to grow their business and get more clients, your best friend is "CONSISTENCY." Let me explain.
One of the biggest problems entrepreneurs and business owners have is getting new clients. If you're struggling with that, be sure to keep reading. Why are you struggling to get new clients? While messaging, communications, marketing all play a role in the struggle, I want to point out one of the "root" causes. Let's get to it.
(1) PUBLISH CONTENT EVERY DAY
You need to post content consistently - that would be multiple times a day. Post, blogs, videos, podcast, graphics, try them all and see which works best with your audience. This will also allow you to see what content is working and what content is not working with your target audience.
In 30 days, you'll have (30) content assets to use. In a year, you'll have (365) you can use. Imagine what your results are going to look like with that much content online.
(2) CONTENT THAT HAS A PURPOSE
If you're posting content daily, you need to make sure that content has a purpose. Don't publish content just to get it up, every piece of content needs an action point. One day, you may share a post to generate email signups. Another post may be user friendly and motivational, that could be for getting new subscribers, followers, and shares. Another post could be used to generate sales or attention. Make it have a purpose.
(3) LEVERAGE YOUR CONTENT ASSETS
If you're posting content daily, you're going to need to leverage the content you have. For example, if you have a blog, that blog can be turned into a video or podcast. You may be able to get multiple videos or podcast from one blog. On the other side, you can turn a podcast into a video or blog. There's a lot of different ways you can use content assets you have now to produce new content for posting.
Remember, every piece of content you publish creates opportunities to attract your target audience.
(4) GET CREATIVE AND PERSONAL
Grabbing attention is one of the most important first steps to getting new clients and customers. How will you get your prospect's attention? Personality is a big deal but you don't have to be someone you are not. Instead, be yourself, be true to yourself and if you do, you're going to attract people that like the same things you do, have the same beliefs, share the same passions. Be creative and think outside the box - but stay true to yourself and what you represent.
