Updates: Debit Cards, Crypto Wallets, Bant-to-Bank Transfers

Dearly honored JAALifestylers,

We have always maintained that we will accord priority to the benefits and welfare of our members. We have done this at all times although it may appear to you that we had slacked and failed you on certain occasions.

In many instances, we didn't have total control as we had to depend on the assurance given to us by external sources - our suppliers, partners, and service providers which they could not fulfill.

This was the case at the time of publishing the last newsletter on Monday 26th Sept 2022.

Based on the assurance given by our third-party partners we had anticipated that we would have updates on our members' commission withdrawal options: debit cards, crypto withdrawals, and bank-to-bank transfers.

Unfortunately, this took longer than we had hoped for. We immediately put in lots of effort to engage with all concerned parties. Our efforts have finally paid off and we are truly delighted to inform you that we can now share some exciting news.

Debit Cards

Last night we came to an agreement with our card provider on the price and availability of our debit cards and the contract was signed this morning.

Our partner will begin printing the debit cards immediately and they have promised us that by next week Wednesday 5th October 2022 they will provide us with a date when shipping of the cards can begin. They have assured us that the process will not take too long, and the cards will soon be available to all who have applied and paid for them.

Crypto Wallets

We have been working on a crypto wallet for a while now and our goal was to create a wallet that supported bank-to-bank transfers as well.

Unfortunately, including this functionality will take longer than we had anticipated earlier.

We have henceforth taken the decision to set up a regular crypto wallet that can be made available much quicker. We hope that it can be ready by this coming Monday 3rd October 2022

Bank-to-Bank Transfers

The reason we were working on a crypto wallet was to provide a Bank-to-Bank Transfer Service to our members.

We were initially promised that the process would be simple and not time-consuming. Unfortunately, this has proved not to be the case. So we have started contacting banks to help us provide you with this functionality.

Unfortunately, with the scale of our organization which is in millions of members and the possibility of 1000s of transactions on a daily basis, it is a facility that only a limited number of banks can offer.

Those who can offer the service require a lot of documentation and we are obliged to provide and maintain certain legal requirements. We have started the process, and there is no set timeline for when this will be available to our members. We look forward to announcing an update on this as soon as it is available in another newsletter.

With the advent of The New Era of JAALifestyle, we look forward to providing newer and unique opportunities to all JAALifestylers who are looking forward to using our business platforms to achieve their lifetime goals and design the amazing Lifestyles of their dreams.

Towards The New Era of JAALifestyle

For the last three weeks, we have been building momentum toward the launch of the New Era of JAALifestyle!

Today we want to share with you the latest updates as we know our members are eagerly looking forward to participating fully in this New Era of JAALifestyle.

Buy-Back Programme
Our development partners have been testing the functionality of the buy-back programme to ensure that the system works perfectly for all our members. A few identified challenges need to be resolved to ensure that the system works to meet your expectations. To make these improvements we will require two more days of development.

The first buy-back will be processed on Thursday the 8th of September. After this, we will process buy-backs every Monday on a weekly basis.

After discussion with members, local leaders, and management it became clear that we needed structured criteria to determine the order of members' participation in the buyback programme. The priority for participation in buy-back will be determined using the following rules:

1. Members who have purchased packages with commissions will have priority over those who have purchased packages using cash via debit or credit cards. This is to reward and honor members who have been working with JAALifestyle for longer periods.

2. Members with active Lifestyle accounts (minimum of €18) be given priority over members with non-active Lifestyle accounts.

3. First priority will be given to members who have activated their €300 Lifestyle account, second to those who have activated their €100 Lifestyle account and then to those who have activated their €50 Lifestyle account, and lastly, those who have activated their €18 Lifestyle account.

The full set of New Era Lifestyle packages will be available for purchase from the morning of Wednesday 7th September 2022 European time.

Payments of Commissions in Crypto Currency
Opening the cryptocurrency account for JAALifestyle has taken longer than we had previously been assured it would take. The delays are mainly due to the nature of JAALifestyle operations as a network marketing company. Despite these delays, we are expecting our crypto account and wallet to be opened soon.

Debit Cards
We are happy to announce that all the preparations have been completed, the only thing that remains is to confirm the delivery dates. As soon as this is confirmed we will communicate it with you.

Let’s start with the good news about withdrawing your earned commissions.
Starting today you will be able to withdraw your commissions in Crypto currency. More specifically via USDT or Tether which is a stablecoin, a type of cryptocurrency pursuing steady valuation. Because of the fluctuation of the crypto market, we have decided to pay out only in “USDT”, because this stablecoin is backed by USD in a 1-1 ratio and does not fluctuate like the other cryptocurrencies.
The reason why the company stopped the option to pay you in Crypto earlier was that when our members asked to get paid in Bitcoin or other coins, it was always a problem especially if the value of this coin decreased during the transfer. Members will invariably complain that they have been short-changed. That they have not received the right amount and this has caused a lot of unhappiness. Of course, when that coin’s value increased during the transfer the members just kept quiet.
With the USDT stablecoin option this will not be a problem any more.
You will find an explanation on JAALifestyle’s website on how to do this. Please read it carefully.
Debit Cards
This is still work in process. Our legal team is in contact with the bank which has asked for more documents from us, which we have promptly submitted. This does not mean that the cards will not be available. They are undergoing the lengthy process of being approved. Unfortunately, this is what banks have become today, so restricted by stringent rules and regulations that cover every single point at every juncture of the process.
You will be updated on further development on this important matter in the next newsletter.
Direct Bank Transfers to Your Account
This option will be implemented again like the Debit Cards solution as this is also a solution from the banks. Both options will be available at the same time.
FS1 and FS2 Buy Back Programs
We are getting closer to the long-awaited starting of our Cash Buy Back Program.
Pay close attention to the FS price and the FS2 share value at the current moment.
Please understand that this one-off offer will never be given again!
The FS1 Buy Back Program is to buy back some of the Future Shares that will be converted into Real Shares when the company is listed. As it was explained earlier, the reason for this is that, we currently have information that a lot of our members who have received these FS for Free, want to sell them to cash in.
The way it works with the stock market is like this. If more people want to sell than people who want to buy, the price will go down. And that is the way it is right now. The reason for this Buy Back Program is that that the price would immediately drop a lot, because in general people just want to sell. Therefore, we decided to have this buyback program until the trend has changed and we see that our members understand that by keeping the shares, it is an even bigger upside. The company will be listed on the stock exchange when this is achieved.
Let it be clear to everyone that even if the price of the shares goes down, it will not affect the stability of the company or the opportunities with JAALifestyle.
The FS2 Buy-Back Program
This was put in place to reward our loyal members who have stood by us during these challenging times. It is designed to give a great opportunity for them to get some BIG REWARDS for participating. As mentioned earlier 100 % of participating members earned FS2 bonus will be paid back to them in cash.
They will not be converted to real shares. This is just a cash bonus.
How can JAALifestyle buy back the FS1 and FS2.
From every sale of the new era packages in the Lifestyle program, a percentage of this amount will go to a pool, which will be used to buy back the FS1 and FS2. On how fast this will happen largely depends on how many members and how fast they will take part in our Lifestyle program.

NEW ERA LIFESTYLE FS CASH BUY-BACK PLAN & THE NEW ERA LIFESTYLE 2.0 PROGRAM

Dear Valued JAALifestyle Members,

From our previous newsletters you learned that the New Era Lifestyle Campaign which commenced on Friday 15th April 2022 will end as soon as the FS2 share value which started at €0.20 reaches €0.45 per share. We may end it sooner if necessary. All the crazy offers and incentives lined up for those participating in the campaign will also come to an end when the campaign ends.

Meanwhile we are getting feedback from our active leaders in different countries that some lifestyle members are expressing doubts that JAALifestyle will honour the FS2 and the FS1 Cash Buy-Back deals, clearly spelled out as attractive incentives in the New Era Lifestyle Campaign. There are also baseless talks by some parties that the whole campaign and the FS Cash Buy-Back Plans are just ploys and excuses by the company to get the members to spend more money buying the JAALifestyle New Era Product Packs 50, 100 and 300. This is far from true.

Mr. Alex himself has met several hundred JAALifestyle leaders online a few days after the launch of the New Era Lifestyle Campaign to explain and assure all, that both the FS1 and FS2 Cash Buy-Back plans announced are real and will be honoured. Once the campaign has ended all members are eligible to sell off some of their FS1 shares for cash. Those who participated in the campaign and received FS2 are free to sell part if not all their FS2 shares for cash before the company goes for listing.

Once the campaign is over, members are required to apply to the company to buy-back parts of their FS2 and FS1 shares. For those who have participated in the ongoing FS2 Promotion, the company is willing to buy-back 100% of the FS2 shares they earned. In its 13th April 2022 newsletter the company wrote the following:

JAALIFESTYLE'S FS1 AND FS2 BUY BACK PROGRAM

This FS buy-back Program by the company will start once the FS2 Promotion is over. JAALifestyle is willing to buy a part of your allocated FS1 and all of your FS2 based on the company's buy back criteria which is as following:

FS1 will have a minimum buy-back value of €1 and FS2 will have a minimum buy-back value of €2.

During the current sales campaign 5 members each day with the highest daily purchase volume and the 5 members each week with the highest weekly purchase will be given the first priority to benefit from this FS1 and FS2 Buy Back Plan. Everyone is eligible to offer to sell off some of their FS1 and all their FS2 before the company becomes listed.

There will be a limit on how much of your FS you are able to sell back to the company per sales order. It will be solely determined at the discretion of the company on the basis of what is fair to allow everyone the opportunity to sell their FS1 and FS2 to make good money on this program.

PAYMENT METHODS OF THE FS1 AND FS2

The amount you receive from the sale of your FS1 and FS2 will be transferred into your JAALifestyle account where you can choose to make the withdrawal in crypto or by prepaid cards provided by JAALifestyle.

It is very clear that as more members participate in the New Era Lifestyle Campaign, the faster will the campaign end and the earlier you will be able to benefit from the company’s proposed FS Cash Buy-Back Plan. Right now, the ball is in your court.

Everyone who has purchased the Lifestyle New Era Packs will be able to receive much more cash through the FS2 Buy-Pack Plan then what they spent on the buying the packages. Certainly, those who responded earlier will make more money. It is a win-win proposition for both the early birds as well as the late participants. Finally, we have exciting news about the earlier announced Debit Cards.

On 6th May 2022 we received the first batch of debit cards from our supplier. Since then, we have been negotiating with some shipping companies to find the fastest, most secure and most economical way of sending these cards to those of you who have ordered your debit cards.

Starting Monday 9th May 2022, we shortlisted a couple of these companies and have started to send your long-awaited cards for you to receive your commissions. We hereby encourage all members to purchase their debit cards as soon as possible to receive your cash earned via the Lifestyle Programme as well the FS Buy-Back program.

Members who have more than €100 in their “Currently Available” account and have already applied for your debit card, are advised to write to support to withdraw your available commission so that they can expedite the loading of your card with your requested amount.

A NEW ERA IN JAALIFESTYLE – An Adjunct

This newsletter is supplementary to our earlier newsletter on Wed 13th Apr 2022 which launched A NEW ERA in JAALifestyle. In that important newsletter we acknowledged that:

Millions of people have registered with JAALifestyle to make money. However, most of our members were excited to register in the Advertising Programme offered by our Advertising Partner. From the beginning JAALifestyle has consistently reminded JAALifestylers that to make BIG money they need to put in some effort in the Lifestyle Program which is JAALifestyle’s primary business programme. It is an undeniable fact that the Lifestyle Programme has a higher income earning potential than the Advertising Programme.

In the last newsletter we mentioned that through the New Era Lifestyle Campaign which started on 13th April 2022 that we will be offering crazy incentives for our members to see and realize the potential of the earnings in the Lifestyle Programme. Earlier we didn’t give details on the commissions except to say that these 3 Lifestyle New Era packages will have commission structures allocated to them with different values per package. LISTING JAALIFESTYLE ON THE STOCK EXCHANGE

Since it’s founding almost 13 million people from all over the world have registered as members in JAALifestyle. They have all been allocated future shares (FS) in JAALifestyle at no cost to themselves. These future shares will be converted to real shares in JAALifestyle before the company is listed on the stock exchange.

The process of listing JAALifestyle started months ago, and we have made tremendous progress. As mentioned in previous newsletters and webinars, to claim your FS you need to complete your personal verification (PV), this is to allow us to comply with the regulations requirements to allocate shares. Since a large percentage of our members have joined JAALifestyle because of the partnership we have with our advertising partner, a large percentage have not performed their PV. This resulted in us being forced to remove millions of FS from a large number of accounts. Our first step was to remove all FS from accounts without completed PV’s and those that had not been active in many months. This resulted in a reduction in the number of FS to be converted into share by almost 90%. If you have had your FS removed because you had not logged in for a long time, but you had performed your PV, please contact our support at [email protected] and your future shares will be returned to you.

In addition to this, as we have a very clear indication that as soon as we go public most of our members who were given these FS for FREE want to sell their shares to cash in. As we all understand when there are more of people who want to sell than those willing to buy, the share price goes DOWN. If there are more people who want to buy than people that want to sell, the share price goes UP!

As a result of this, the situation today is that, if JAALifestyle goes public now, the share price would crash (quickly reduce to zero). We need to build momentum of interest from the public. The current situation does not benefit anyone. Even with only about 10% of the total amount of FS left in the system, the scenario will still be the same. Most people just want to sell and get free money. However, the remainder of the shareholders and the owners who have invested large amounts in the company will completely lose the value of their shares. This is a situation we would like to avoid by any means possible. In order to safe guard the interests of users with FS left in the system and the owners we have had to be very creative.

THE SOLUTION – JAALIFESTYLE BUY BACK PROGRAM!

JAALifestyle management team has been in meetings over the last two weeks to find a solution to this challenge. We are happy to announce that we have found a VERY EXCITING solution!

We will be launching a Buy Back Program! This is how the program will work:

THE BUY BACK PROGRAM IS MADE SPECIFICALLY FOR MEMBERS WHO WANT TO MAKE GOOD MONEY THROUGH THE LIFESTYLE PROGRAM!

For every Lifestyle New Era package sold in JAALifestyle, a percentage will go to a FS fund. This money will be used to buy back FS from members who want to sell their FS and make cash from their gifted FS.

JAALIFESTYLE'S FS1 AND FS2 BUY BACK PROGRAM!

This FS buy-back Program by the company will start once the FS2 Promotion is over. JAALifestyle is willing to buy a part of your allocated FS1 and all of your FS2 based on the company's buy back criteria which is as following:

FS1 Will have a minimum buyback value of €1, and FS2 will have a minimum buyback value of €2.

During the current sales campaign 5 members each day with the highest daily purchase volume and the 5 members each week with the highest weekly purchase will be given the first priority to benefit from this FS1 and FS2 Buy Back Plan. Everyone is eligible to offer to sell off some of their FS1 and all their FS2 before the company becomes listed.

PAYMENT METHODS OF THE FS1 AND FS2

The amount you receive from the sale of your FS1 and FS2 will be transferred into your JAALifestyle account where you can choose to make the withdrawal in crypto or by prepaid cards provided by JAALifestyle.
