Garlic Parmesan Crusted Chicken
Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Prepare the Coating: In a shallow bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Coat the Chicken: Brush each chicken breast with olive oil or melted butter. Press each chicken breast into the Parmesan mixture, coating both sides well and pressing down to adhere.

Bake the Chicken: Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown. (Internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C.)

Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20-25 minutes
Calories: Approximately 300 kcal per serving

I had the perfect birthday dinner with my husband last night!! I ordered my favorites, the Petite Ribeye, 🥩 Potatoes Au Gratin, 🥔 and a delicious Caesar Salad (I asked for no cheese). 🥗

My husband ordered the Lobster Mac & Cheese 🧀 so I was able to dabble in that as well lol.
