This is what a healthy advertising ecosystem actually looks like: multiple distinct ad creatives, each serving a specific tactical purpose within the funnel to speak to homeowners at every single stage of the buyer’s journey.

Consistent results like this are never accidental, and they definitely aren’t luck.

They are the direct product of deeply understanding the entire landscape of paid social acquisition.

To turn an ads manager into a seven-figure revenue engine for a home service business, you have to master multiple complex layers simultaneously:

First, you must master consumer psychology. Homeowners don’t buy a new condenser because they love the machinery; they buy because they fear the mid-summer breakdown, or they are exhausted by the outrageous corporate quotes they keep receiving.

A winning campaign speaks directly to those specific, visceral pain points.

Second, you have to understand the specific dynamics of the home service industry.

This means knowing how seasonality dictates behavior, navigating shifting customer needs, and building an offer transparent enough to cut through the heavy skepticism buyers naturally have toward contractors.

Third, you have to understand the nuances of the platform itself. The Meta ads game requires deep technical ex*****on.

It means knowing how to deploy dynamic creative testing, how to interpret performance data, and how to constantly test and iterate variations so your campaigns combat creative fatigue and get more efficient as time goes on.

When you connect local relevance, transparent messaging, and structured full-funnel testing, the dashboard stops being a gamble and starts becoming a highly predictable growth engine.

If you are ready to stop guessing and start scaling your home service business with a proven acquisition system that predictably generates an extra 50 to 100 high-quality leads every single month, let’s talk.

Stop making your potential customers guess how much a new system is going to cost them.

When you hide your pricing behind multiple phone calls, scheduling hoops, high-pressure appointments, and endless follow-ups just to drop a $16,000 surprise quote at the very end, homeowners are skeptical from the jump.

They want to solve their problem without the corporate runaround.

This ad was launched at the same time as our best performing ad, and interestingly both ads that performed the best mentioned price in the first 3 seconds.

The strategy paid off: it generated 48 high-intent leads at a cost of $55.78 per lead.

While a $55 lead might sound higher at first glance, look at the bigger picture.

When a full central air and furnace replacement runs anywhere from $13,000 to $16,000, acquiring a high-quality, pre-qualified buyer for under sixty bucks is an absolute home run for profitability.

Across the board in the HVAC industry, we see the exact same trend: when your ad explicitly mentions fair pricing and fast service immediately, it cuts through the noise.

It connects directly with what homeowners are actually looking for—honesty and transparency.

If you are ready to stop chasing weak leads and start attracting buyers who already know your value, let’s look at your strategy.

If your team can handle an extra 50 to 100 high-quality leads every single month, click the link in our bio to book a call, or drop a “LEADS” in the

In the era of short attention spans and infinite digital content, you have to create accordingly.

This reel performed for the same reason 100+ other viral reels we’ve produced for this client did: a precise, repeatable strategy.

It starts with a visual hook — a clean product shot, the face of the business, a slow camera push-in.

Then an audio hook: “here’s another Mustang chassis.”

That one word — another — triggers a psychological loop. Did I miss the first one? What other one?

Once the viewer starts asking questions, you have their attention.

iPhone. DJI mic. Strong hook. Subtle camera movement. Quick CapCut edit. That’s the whole framework — and it works in any niche.

Stop overcomplicating production. Simplify your process and scale.

The best agency partners are not yes-men — they tell you no when it matters.

When the team at Carsigns.com sat down with us, they were not talking about campaigns or click-through rates. They were talking about what actually makes a working relationship worth anything.

They said our team lead Catherine is the person you want in your corner because she does not just execute orders — she flags the problems before they become expensive, engineers solutions when things go sideways, and pushes back when pushing back is the right call.

That kind of candor is rarer than most clients expect. And it is exactly the standard we hold ourselves to at BuiltRight Marketing.

If you have ever worked with an agency that just told you what you wanted to hear, you know how costly that can get. What is the one time a “”no”” from someone on your team actually saved you?

The last agency our client hired ran Meta ads for months for commercial landscaping services. Zero leads. Every report was about impressions and clicks.

When he came to us, we were upfront: commercial landscaping contracts don’t usually come through Meta ads. So we structured it as a pilot — $2K/month in ad spend, just to test the water.

A week and a half in, the first lead came through. Not a tire-kicker — the board president of a large HOA, 1,701 homes. Contracts at that level run around half a million a year.

When we talked, he told me I should have seen him the day the lead came in — jumping up and down in his office, calling everyone he knew. This is a guy who’d spent months getting told his ads were “performing well” while his phone never rang. Now he knows what performing actually looks like.

Nothing’s signed yet — contracts this size take 3 to 6 months to close, and he is upfront about that. But he doesn’t need ten of these. He’s looking for two or three qualified leads a month.

And that’s all a campaign has to do — put real buyers in front of you.

The right message stops the right buyer and repels everyone else. Do that, and leads show up. Skip it, and all you’re left with is impressions.

Our landscaping client in Austin just got their first lead from ChatGPT.

One month in. On a local SEO package — not even our full AI search package. AI visibility is just baked into how we build now.

Here’s the thing: your customers are already asking ChatGPT who to hire. Almost nobody in home services is competing for those answers yet. It’s a blue ocean, and the first ones in own it.

Google took 20 years to get this crowded. AI search is at year one.

So — how’s your AI visibility?

You don’t always need to reinvent the wheel to scale — sometimes you just need to reimagine what’s already working.

We kept a proven body and CTA, then tested a new POV hook: cash in hand, a high corporate A/C quote, and an aging condenser in a hot backyard.

Result: 53 high-intent leads at $42.07 each.
Slightly higher than our baseline, but it’s been a strong revenue driver and keeps the campaign fresh.

Every day is a chance to reach the right homeowners. You need a marketing partner you can trust — so you can stop watching the dashboard and focus on running your business.

Scaling a sign company means more orders — and more graphic design work, fast.

Car-signs.com was growing. Sales were up, volume was rising, and the bottleneck wasn’t leads or revenue. It was design capacity.

When every order needs custom artwork, your pipeline is only as strong as your design output.

We stepped in to handle the overflow and built the processes to let them scale — without burning out their team.

More volume. Smarter workflows. Same quality.

If your business is growing faster than your team can handle, what breaks down first? Drop it in the comments.

Would you offer clients just one shingle option?
Of course not. Architectural, metal, tile — because different homeowners want different things. One option doesn't serve a market.

Your ads work the same way!!!

Most roofing companies run one ad until it dies, then panic when leads dry up. Companies that scale build a portfolio of winners — ads that pull leads at a low cost, consistently.

That's what you see above. Three winning ads in one campaign, averaging $48 a lead. Two more campaigns running the same way. Nine winners total. Nine winners means it's time to scale. Not luck — strategic marketing.

The playbook:

1️⃣ Test angles, not tweaks. Different offers, different hooks — not five versions of the same headline.

2️⃣ Judge on consistency, not spikes. A winner holds its cost per lead week after week.

3️⃣ Stack before you scale. One winner is a foundation crack. Three is a foundation. Then six. Then nine.

Stack winners. Then scale.
