We still have beef available, ready for pickup during the 2nd week in December. Order whole, half, or quarter now. We did not raise our prices from last year… in contrast to grocery store/butcher prices! So, our beef is less expensive overall. Grass fed, grain finished for marbling and flavor. No anti-biotics or hormones. Individually packaged according to your needs.

Our beef is sold by 1/4, 1/2, or whole carcass weight at $4.00lb plus cost of processing. Customer picks up beef from the processing plant in Evans, CO either mid-November or mid-December
