We wanted to share a quick update.

Lately, things have been a little quieter here on our page—but behind the scenes, we've been hard at work continuing to build Bee Connected and bring our long-term vision to life.

From the beginning, Bee Connected Community Spotlight has been about more than advertising. It's always been about creating a place where local businesses, nonprofits, rescue organizations, and neighbors can connect, support one another, and build meaningful relationships.

Over the past several months, we've been listening, learning, refining, and laying the groundwork for what's ahead. While much of that work has happened behind the scenes, it's been focused on making sure we're building something that can truly serve the businesses, nonprofits, rescue organizations, and communities we care about. Things have taken longer than we anticipated, but we believe strong communities—and strong partnerships—are built with intention.

We're incredibly grateful for the nonprofit and rescue partners who have joined us during this pilot phase, as well as everyone who has followed along, shared encouragement, and supported Bee Connected along the way. While there's still much more ahead, we're proud of what has been built so far and excited about where this journey is headed.

Bee Connected was created to help bridge the gap between businesses, nonprofits, and the communities around them.

A lot of incredible local organizations, businesses, events, and community resources exist… people just don’t always hear about them in the same spaces.

🐾Young, orphaned animals do better in a rehabilitation setting when they have a companion. But when that’s not possible, our team uses stuffed animals with a heartbeat simulator stitched inside to reduce stress and provide comfort to lonely orphans.

💚After constant use, most of our simulators are broken! Can you help us out on this and replace some of them to get us through the baby season?

Double the cats, double the personality 🐱

Jazzy & Rex are bringing the charm… and we can’t wait to share more in their upcoming Spotlight 👀

🐾 These two are being cared for by Longmont Friends of Feral & Abandoned Cats (LFFAC)—a local group dedicated to supporting community cats through humane Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), feeding, and colony care throughout the Longmont area. Their work helps create healthier lives for cats while supporting a more balanced community.
