If you have been getting dressed for where you were 3 years ago instead of where you are right now, you need a personal stylist.

✨You are showing up to the most visible moments of your career with outfits from your junior days

✨Work/life balance is important to you, and bifurcating your closet instead of making clothes choices across the context of your actual schedule is burning you out

✨Every time a high-stakes trip or speaking engagement comes up, you are buying something new out of necessity instead of selecting with purpose

The Work to Weekend Wardrobe℠ gives you:

✨A style identity rooted in where you are going, not where you have been

✨Everything shopped, delivered, and styled into a lookbook so you get dressed with direction

✨A private Slack channel so last-minute events, travel, and client dinners are covered before you even think to stress about them.

DM us WTW to start.

You can’t shop or scroll your way to personal style.

You have to own it.

If you want to pack for trips without stress

If you want to feel grounded walking into a room, even if your outfit feel simple.

You have to dress to express who you currently are, instead of dress g for who you or others think you should be.

That looks like outfit repeating. The thing you’ve been so afraid to do in front of the same clients & cameras.

But in pattern recognition, the women I worked with realized their wardrobes had potential all along for every boardroom presentation, networking event, or kids’ soccer game.

If you want to own your style, and build a style that takes you from Work to weekend, apply at the link in my bio 🛍️

When's the last time your outfit *actually* sparked joy?

Bright colors and bold patterns aren't just for making a statement with your look.

There's science behind how these elements increase the dopamine receptors in your brain.

Meet: Dopamine Dressing

The fashion-psychology phenomenon of elevating your emotional state through what you wear.

The phrase 'look good, feel good' means more when you know your clothes are helping energize you through demanding days.

For most of my styling clients, wearing such stand out shades can feel overwhelming when you're starting your style journey.

That's why I created 3 outfit formulas to slowly introduce dopamine dressing into your wardrobe with staple BLACK styles you probably already have in your closet.

Try out these outfit formulas and see how they boost your mood this week.

Working with a stylist is a partnership, but is it right for you?

if you’re anything like my clients, from the C suite to cofounders, you’ve probably considered these questions in your mind, when deciding if you need styling support.

These are the most common (and valid!) questions I get asked around my signature service, The Work to Weekend Wardrobe.

What should you clean out of your closet?

Your mindset that might be subconsciously sabotaging your style’s potential.

If you tunnel vision focus on fit and trends, you’re creating problem areas instead of POSSIBILITIES.

you need a repeatable framework.

One that keeps you shopping less, getting dressed faster, and feeling more intentional in what you wear.

You need a system that meets you where you are

gives you a bird’s eye view of how your wardrobe

and creates clarity to help you step into your next chapter.

Use these questions as you put your summer wardrobe away and look towards autumn for intentional style choices.

Calling yourself an apple isn’t making getting dressed easier.

This industry standard for body typing is keeping you stuck in societal standards instead of giving you confidence in your outfits when you need it most.

Instead of over emphasizing one area of your body, Kibbe analyzes your bone structure, flesh, and facial features to identify your natural lines.

ave this if you’re ready to ditch the outdated fruit system and discover what actually works for your body ↓

Everyone tells up and coming female leaders to "dress for the role you want”.

But no one tells you what that *actually* looks like when you're:
– The youngest woman in the boardroom
– One of the only women at the table
– Still trying to prove you belong.

I had a client tell me this week:“I want to look credible, but not like I borrowed my mom’s clothes.”

Because honestly, that’s the real challenge.

You want to walk into meetings or industry events and be taken seriously.

But most wardrobe advice is:
1. Generic ("Buy better basics")
2. Dated ("Power suit" in a business casual world?)
3. Or assumes you have unlimited time and budget

Here’s what’s actually missing:
-Style that aligns with where you're going, not just where you are
-Clothes that build authority and still feel like you
-Pieces that help you move between work, travel, and social life without constant outfit planning.

When you’re building your brand, your clothes are part of your communication.

And dressing with intention is one of the fastest ways to embody your next level, even before others see it.

What style advice was the most unhelpful when you stepped into a leadership role?

"I want to dress for my age but still look like me"

Sound like you? You're not alone - I've been there too, and I built a wardrobe system for it.

When you're a young woman in an emerging leadership role: responsible for a team, interfacing with stakeholders/investors, and still trying to make it to happy hour by 5 - it's easier to play it safe.

But when your corporate-conditioned outfits start to feel tired, stale, and uninspired....

You settled for 'what works', until you look in the mirror and feel disconnected from how you used to dress what plays off your personality, and what make you excited to pick out your outfit in the morning.

And even if you're someone disinterested in fashion and dont love to shop, you still want what you wear to feel current and relevant.
But you don't have to sacrifice your personal style in these moments, you should use it as an asset to support your dynamic lifestyle.

What you need is a wardrobe system that makes your style consistent and your outfits easy to create.
