Fellow hoteliers, it's high time we re-evaluated the way we name and describe our hotel rooms. Phrases like 'deluxe', 'executive' or 'superior' have become such commonplace that they've lost their impact and have started creating confusion for our guests. We owe our travelers more descriptive and clear labels to showcase what they can truly expect from a stay in our premises.
Switching to detailed, room-specific labels could set the right expectations, eliminate disappointment and enhance customer satisfaction. We're in the business of hospitality, after all! What's your take on this?
