Our 20ft new shipping containers provide maximum durability and a clean, uniform finish. Manufactured from brand-new Corten steel, they are built to ISO standards for international shipping and long-term ground storage.

Equipped with marine-grade plywood floors supported by steel cross-members, these units are engineered to handle heavy machinery and palletized cargo. They include cargo doors with dual locking bars and factory-fitted rubber seals, ensuring watertight and secure performance in any climate. Factory-new paint and pristine interiors make them ideal for modifications and high-visibility projects.

The 2-Bed Soho Modern doubles the fun with a length of 40 feet (12 meters) and a total surface of just under 30 square meters (312 square feet). The builder applied the success formula from the previous version in the form of top-quality materials and appliances, also adding enough space for a second room. This was mainly designed to become a second bedroom. Still, it's versatile enough to adapt to the needs of future owners, who can decide to configure it as a dining room or home office instead.
Industrial containers are synonymous with confined spaces, which is why maximizing luminosity and spaciousness is always the main goal when turning them into homes. The 40-foot Soho Modern does that by opening to the outdoors as much as possible.
