in 2024, beabadoobee got a similar hello kitty guitar to the one wisp uses and said she loved her music...

having been a longtime fan and a rising shoegaze artist, wisp later went on stage and spoke about wanting to "one day" become friends with her.

now that bea's leaning into a grungier sound similar to wisp's, the two have become close peers, with wisp set to open for her on tour later this year.
