"How byDesign grew from local to national"

Summary:
Conducted email outreach campaigns in Southern California and secured partnerships with over 150 local and national wedding businesses, including high end hotel chains like Four Seasons Resorts.

Problem:
byDesign's high-end wedding cinematography company wanted to become more prevalent in their local market of Southern Californa, becoming a staple for weddings across the region. To get them into a national market, we then replicated that process in each new regional market they wanted to expand into.

ThinkAlike Media:
Our firm was hired to conduct outreach to local wedding planners and popular wedding venues including hotels. Their revenues when ThinkAlike Media was hired in July 2015 were just shy of $200K, through their expansion in 2016 they hit $1.4M. In 2017 byDesign cleared $3.5M and in 2019 hit $5M.
