Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities for Los Angeles Media Factory. As a commission-based position, you will enjoy the potential for unlimited earnings based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospecting: Identify and target local businesses and potential clients who can benefit from our digital marketing services.
* Client Acquisition: Build and maintain relationships with prospects, effectively communicate our services, and convert leads into clients.
* Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by closing deals and securing new projects. You will receive 25% of the profit from any projects you bring to the company.
* Ad Budget Management: Offer our ad management services to clients and earn 10% of any ad budgets you successfully bring to us to manage.
* Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes to identify opportunities for business growth.
* Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generated.
Qualifications:
* Proven track record in B2B sales, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Knowledge of digital marketing, video production, and related services is a plus.
* Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position. As a Business Development Executive, you will earn 25% of the profit generated from any projects you bring to the company. Additionally, you will receive a 10% commission on any ad budgets successfully entrusted to us for management.
