How long does it take to sew a garden bag? Sewing a garden bag that meets top-level standards requires me to focus on work for nearly half a month. This is not slow, but a necessary step:
1. Carefully select materials: The leather should be checked one by one and matched with textures to ensure perfection.
2. Precise cutting: Each piece of leather needs to be hand drawn and cut accurately, without any errors.
3. Careful processing: Edge polishing and edge sealing (oil edge) need to be repeated several times to be smooth and flat, and each time it needs to be dried thoroughly.
4. Strict sewing: Handmade stitching (such as saddle stitch) requires even force and consistent angle for each stitch, and the stitching must be perfect. The key parts of the structure are particularly time-consuming.
5. Assembly and debugging: Combine various parts, install hardware components, and continuously adjust to ensure flatness, tight fit, and smooth opening and closing.
6. Repeated checks: Stop at each stage to check and correct. The finished product needs to be thoroughly examined, and any minor defects must be reworked.
