Embroidery Production Associate, you will be collaborative and inclusive in helping our customers meet their embroidery needs while being part of a fun, team-oriented culture. You'll produce and finish large embroidery orders coming into our facility using high volume equipment.
The goal will be to ensure that production runs smoothly to maximize efficiency at our company.
Responsibilities:
Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
Hoop Garments
Test operation of machines periodically
Quality Control
Embroider Shirts, Pants, Skirts, and other related apparel
Skills
Proven experience as a machine operator (1 year minimum)
Working knowledge of embroidery machinery and hooping techniques
Understanding of production procedures
Adherence to health and safety regulations
Ability to read project instructions
Attention to detail
Teamwork and communication skills
Back up to inventory control
Back up to order fulfillment
