I recently talked to my nephew who works at one of Home Depot largest warehouses. He told me that they accidentally received an entire container of Honda lawn mowers packed in boxes intended for the Mexican market. The instructions are also in Spanish.
Since it would be too expensive to return this shipment, the company decided to turn it into a promotion for US residents, combined with a little market research.
