When Father’s Day approaches I spend even more time thinking about my kids. I take a step back and think about the father that I am for them, and what I could and should be doing better. I don’t want Father’s Day to be about me, I don’t enjoy the extra attention, and I oddly want it to be about my boys - which I recognize is the opposite intention of the day. My guess is I’m not alone, and a lot of you hard working fathers feel something similar. As I dig in, I think that’s a sign that us “Dads” are doing a good job. It’s a sign that we genuinely care about the people that turned us into fathers, and every day we balance sacrifices for our families that only each of us could understand based on the circumstances we juggle.

So today on this Father’s Day, I didn’t want to simply wish you a happy one. I want you to know I feel what you feel. I understand what you struggle with every day, and that if this note resonates with you, that’s a sign that you are not just a father, but you are likely a great one. Happy Father’s Day from my boys and I to you. Enjoy it, you deserve it.

In this country the impossible is possible. You can turn a dream into reality if you work your ass off and build something that means something to a lot of people. Over the past 3.5 years my small but mighty team and I have built a brand for the people who build our country everyday and keep it running. More importantly, we put our customers ahead of ourselves in every decision we make and everything we do, because they’ve earned it, they deserve it, and a brand with our mission is long overdue.
Today is the first day I got to fly the flag above the new sign outside of BRUNT’s brand new HQ where our team will continue to build BRUNT for the hard working people like you, and we’ll strive to get better every day, every week, every month, and every year. The American Dream is alive and well, and today we celebrate what’s helped make that possible - our independence. I’m proud as hell to be here, and I hope you all are as well. Happy 4th 🇺🇸

It was an honor to be at the PBR Teams Draft last night last night. The term “maverick” has a rich history - it describes unbranded cattle, and also people who are unconventional.

BRUNT Workwear is a maverick in our industry. Literally before we had the BRUNT brand name, I established the legal entity for the company as Maverick Workwear, Inc. which still stands today.

When I quit my job to start this company a few years ago, my son was 1 year old. His name is Maverick and I named the company after him. And now, because of BRUNT, he loves the PBR more than anyone I know.

To be a partner of the NY Mavericks means alot of our company, and even more to my family than you could know.

It was great to spend time with the team, and also with other athletes, owners, and coaches. That room was filled with friends and legends that I respect a lot.

Big welcome to #2 pick as he joins the Mavericks - love working with an athlete who grinds it out roofing when he’s not on the bull.

Can’t wait for the Teams season to start. LFG 👊💥
