We’re not a marketing agency anymore.
If you followed this page for the old Summit — the ads, the websites, the SEO — you’ll notice everything’s gone. We archived it on purpose.
Here’s what happened.
For years we ran marketing for local service businesses. The campaigns did what campaigns do — they generated leads. The ceiling was everything a retainer can’t touch: leads dying without a sales team to work them, operations breaking under new volume, ad budgets capped at what the owner could risk from savings. You can’t fix any of that from the agency seat.
Then we went all-in on a handful of the most promising businesses — the whole engine this time, not just the campaigns. Brand, marketing, sales, operations, and the ad money. Ours, not theirs.
The flagship: a California-based moving company. It grew from $40K to $500K a month in 12 months.
That result made the decision for us. Not because the agency work failed — because we’d found the thing that works better. So we rebuilt the company around it.
We’re not taking on new agency clients. A limited number of companies we’ve worked with for years, we’ll keep serving. Everything new we build happens inside growth partnerships.
Summit is a business growth partner now. We partner with local service operators who already run profitable businesses. You keep majority control and keep running your company. We bring the brand, the marketing engine, and the ad spend — our money, not yours. We take a minority stake and share in the profits we help create.
We only win when the business grows. That one change lines up our incentives with yours — we’ve been on the other side of that table.
Over the next few months, this page will show exactly how the model works — the playbook, the partnerships, and the numbers behind them. Real businesses. Real figures.
If you run a local service business and want to see whether this fits, the full model is on the site. Link in bio.
