You must have previous experience in:
▪️Real estate cold calling
▪️Talking to distressed/motivated sellers
▪️Handling objections
▪️Appointment setting
▪️Using dialers and CRM systems

Responsibilities

▪️Build rapport and qualify motivated sellers
▪️Gather accurate property information
