Working at home you need to keep your PC clean.
Well what I like to do i s run CCleaner.
Here it is here; i t helps you get rid of cookies and temporary files and
manage your startups.
All the above slow your computer down.
It really helps especially when you’re on Zoom meetings and you need
your Internet Browser clean so i t can run fast
Okay here's how you use CCleaner,
Click Next to “Disable unwanted Apps to make your PC wake up
faster”
Click Next to “Update apps and close security holes”
Click Next to “Safely Remove trackers l eft by websites and
advertisers.
Click Next to “Safely remove unwanted j unk from your machine”
Now i t's starting to do the health check.
Now that i t’s done
I see I have some Privacy i ssues going on and I can free up some
disk space so I
Click “Make i t better.”
Okay now that CCleaner’s done,
I can also do the Custom Clean.
You go down here and check and see whatever you want i t to clean.
then go ahead and check your browser's to make sure you got
everything that you want cleaned from your browser.
Okay Click Run Cleaner, Then Click Continue
Okay that l ooks good.
It also has a registry function, I’ll Click “Scan For Issues”
Scanning i s now complete I’ll will Click “Fix Selected Issues”
It ask me “Do you want to backup the registry before making
changes?”
I Click No because I never had any issues Cleaning the Registry.
Now it’s all done.
CCleaner also has a tool section if I need to do any uninstalls
I see everything listed here.
I don't want to do any uninstalls right now
CCleaner has a Startup Section: If I have any startups that I don’t
want starting up I can correct i t here.
To use i t, you select the item that you don’t want starting up and then
select Disable.
I can see what browser plugins I have that's a lot most are Microsoft
Also CCleaner has the disc analyzer so if I have a bunch of space that
I'm trying to free up,
I use this to scan and find which files are really large
CCleaner will also search for duplicate files I can use this area right
here
On the Option Tab you have settings I already have selected my
settings
Here we have the Cookie Section
On the right i s the Cookies to Keep
On the Left i s Cookies to Delete
If you have a cookie on the Left that you want to keep you click the
right arrow
If you have a cookie on the Right that you don’t want to keep you click
the Left Arrow
If you have a certain Folder CCleaner i s not getting to you can add i t
to the cleaning here.
If you have a Folder that you want excluded you can add it to the
exclusion list.
You can do scheduling with the Pro Version
You can do smart cleaning with the Pro version as well
Then you have advanced settings to set CCleaner to do whatever you
want.
Alright this i s a great program and it's Free
