For a long time, I was telling myself an unhelpful, untrue story.
And that story was: No one sees my website.
I thought, "My website doesn't really matter."
My rationale was simple: most people find me through social media, and on social media I don't link to my website, I link to a sales page specific to what I'm selling. So who's going to look at my website!?
And then...
I set up google analytics!
And you know what I found?
Even without posting my website or purposefully driving traffic to it, my website is averaging around 350 visitors a week.
What are they finding?
A generic page with very little information, that I threw up myself in a rush a while back.
Ooops!
That's 350 potential new customers, each and every week, who are be finding my page, looking at it for a few seconds, not being "Oh Holy S**t I need to work with this person!" impressed with what they find, and clicking away.
