This has been an absolute game changer for my mental health and general wellbeing. In addition to adding a daily fitness practice to my morning, collecting my thoughts and laying them out on paper has also become part of my story. Habit tracking, journaling, a gratitude list, and my to-do’s for the day are all incorporated and it makes a world of difference.

As someone who suffers from severe ADHD, consistency has always been one of the toughest things that I’ve struggled with. But something changed this time around. So far it’s been over four months of the same daily routine. To some, that might not seem like much, but to me, it’s been a significant accomplishment.

For those of you who are interested in giving it a shot, I based the initial format on something shared in a couple of videos over the years and added in my own personal elements. The concept of the “signal and the noise” that shared on in reference to something Steve Jobs used to do has also been a great way to build priorities. It’s been massively helpful across the board.

If you’re looking for a system like this, I’m happy to share. Just reach out and I can take you through what works for me.

Forbes reports that Google is planning to use AI to run large-scale surveys of Americans’ political views — promising faster, more granular polling but also raising big questions about bias, transparency and privacy.

If Google’s approach combines automated question design, AI-assisted sampling and its platform data, the speed and scale of public-opinion polling could change dramatically. That could be powerful for researchers and civic groups — but only if methods, weighting and privacy safeguards are made public and independently audited.

What concerns you most: faster results, potential model bias, data privacy, or something else? Do you trust AI-driven polls to reflect reality, or do we need new standards before we rely on them? Share your thoughts and please share this article if you think transparency matters.

A collaboration between the tech giant and a longtime pollster will gather five to 10 people each from every congressional district to answer questions about the nation’s most pressing issues. If it works, it could upend the fraught world of political polling.

The advancement of AI in education is unveiling a double-edged sword. On one hand, AI has the power to revolutionize learning with personalized experiences; on the other, it raises significant concerns regarding student privacy and data security.

Here's what's happening:
- AI is being integrated into classrooms to tailor learning for students across various subjects.
- The use of AI tools raises concerns about how students' personal and academic data is collected and utilized.
- Educators and developers are grappling with the challenge of safeguarding this sensitive information.

Why it matters:
- School administrators and parents must weigh the potential benefits of AI-enhanced education against the privacy risks.
- Edtech companies are tasked with creating systems that prioritize data security without stifling innovation.

Where do we draw the line with AI and journalism? The Guardian highlights a thought-provoking case where a journalist used AI to conduct an "interview" with Joaquin Oliver, a victim of the tragic 2018 Parkland school shooting. With the consent of his parents and backing from Change the Ref, Joaquin's voice and persona were digitally recreated. This has sparked intense debates about ethics, consent, and the impact of reviving voices of the deceased through technology.

Is this a new frontier for advocacy, or are we treading dangerously close to exploitation? As AI technologies continue to evolve, we must consider the balance between innovation and sensitivity, especially in emotionally charged contexts like gun violence. This powerful piece challenges us to reflect on the responsibilities that come with technological advancements in media.

Is Nvidia losing its grip on China's AI chip market? Bernstein analysts project that Nvidia's market share is set to plunge from 90% in 2022 to just 54% by 2024. This dramatic shift is primarily due to US export restrictions that have throttled Nvidia's ability to sell its top-tier chips like the A100 and H100 in China. To adapt, Nvidia rolled out modified versions like the A800 and H800—yet they struggle to match the appeal of local competitors such as Huawei.

Huawei's Ascend 910B chip is quickly gaining traction in China, becoming the go-to for training large AI models thanks to its cost-effectiveness and fewer restrictions. This rise of local competition, amid geopolitical tech tensions, signals a need for innovative product strategies worldwide.
