🥑 Let’s Talk About Fats—The Good, The Bad, and the Balanced! 🐟❤️
Not all fats are created equal—and knowing the difference can make a BIG impact on your health.

🐟 Fatty fish (like salmon)
They support heart health, help absorb key nutrients, and provide essential fatty acids your body needs but can’t produce on its own!
🚫 Bad fats, on the other hand, are the ones to watch out for:
❌ Trans fats – found in processed snacks and baked goods
⚠️ Saturated fats – in excess, from red meats and some oils
These can raise "bad" cholesterol and increase the risk of heart disease. Yikes.
