A great example of confirmation Bias would be the Fortune cookies which have a secret note in them. The note provides a confirmation of the buyer’s choices and rationalises their decisions.
We also rationalise our purchases through surveys, testimonials, reviews and facts which match our beliefs. That’s why some people love to read horoscope.
