“I would like to open a joint account with my grandson.”
The banker looked at him and replied:
“Sir, this is a premium bank. We have high requirements for new accounts.”
The old man stayed calm. He quietly took out his black card and placed it on the counter.
When the banker checked the card, his expression changed.
The old man looked at him gently and said:
“I came today to open an account for my grandson…
and to remind everyone that it is important to treat every customer with respect.”
Moral:
